uses a two-tiered approach to solve environmental problems. First we
study the problem and then put together a strategic plan that will
provide the correct solution to the environmental problem, while at the
same time reducing a company’s liability. Secondly, Native Founders
Consulting Group develops a pollution prevention plan that is
specifically tailored to that particular company’s needs, which is
designed to keep the company in compliance with all State and Federal
regulations while further reducing the company’s environmental
liabilities. In addition, the company that implements a pollution
prevention program usually will observe a positive increase in public
awareness and acceptance. Selected areas include:
Environmental Services – Native Founders partners provide an
array of environmental services that include but are not limited to;
NEPA requirements, air and water quality assessments, Phase I and Phase
II assessments, waste assessments, hazardous waste management, nuclear
waste management, and licensing and permitting issues. Our partners have
also worked with the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of
Defense, and the Department of Energy. In addition, we maintain a Q
clearance for government facilities work.
Brownfields Redevelopment Native Founders engineers can provide
assessment and remediation services for Brownfields properties. In
addition, we have the capability to joint venture with tribal partners
through the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields
Revitalization Act to acquire these properties from owners that wish to
dispose of a contaminated property.
