Native Founders Consulting Group provides assistance to Indian tribes with services in a variety of areas with our primary focus in the area of business development.

We seek to identify the capabilities and resources that a tribe has either directly or through established tribal enterprises and to match these enterprises with contracting opportunities with either private companies or various government agencies. For tribes that have not created a separate business enterprise corporation we can assist them in setting up this organization.

By partnering tribes with businesses to provide strong relationships to pursue opportunities where the team’s capabilities create a winning solution or by setting up joint venture agreements between a tribe and an existing company we are able to combine an existing companies manufacturing or service capabilities to partner with a tribes business enterprise to solicit contracting opportunities.

By teaming with an existing business a tribe is able to enter into a business without the lengthy start up time and cost and allows the acquired business to immediately access government contracting opportunities.

When a tribe has a manufacturing product or business service that they are beginning to market to either private enterprise or to government agencies we can assist them in a variety of areas including marketing plans, website development and hosting and providing them with a network of regional representatives located around the United States that are members of our consulting group.
