Randy Bacon, President

Randy is the founder and President of Liberty Realty Capital Group, a commercial mortgage banking and venture capital firm located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Before starting Liberty, Randy was with a private mortgage-banking which was later acquired by Bank One.

Randy Specializes in providing debt and equity funding for various commercial real estate and business development projects.  Randy has been involved with the financing of over $250 million dollars in real estate funding in his career involving all property types.

Randy attended Oklahoma State University and OSU-Tulsa receiving his BS in finance.  He is a member of a number of commercial real estate and venture capital organizations.  Randy is a member of the Western Cherokee Tribe.

David Leavitt,  Executive Vice President 

Davis is the President and Founder of Integrity Consulting, Inc. a company that provides consulting services for companies in the fields of patents, intellectual property valuation, business planning and legal structure.  David also acts as General Counsel for a handful of client companies.

Prior to this David was the Director of the Oklahoma Technology Commercialization Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  David was responsible for assisting over 150 small companies in developing business plans, raise funding and creating strategic alliances.

David has a BA in Psychology, BS in Chemical Engineering and Cell Biology from the University of Kansas and a JD from the University of Tulsa.

Robert Delano Ph.D.,  Vice President

Robert is a principal of Integrity Consulting and specializes in environmental engineering.  Robert has worked as an engineer and consultant Scientech, Texas Utility Services, Oklahoma Gas and Electric and Oklahoma State Department of health.  Robert maintains a DOE Q security clearance.

Robert has a B.S. in Chemistry from Central State University, M.S. in Environmental Engineering from University of Oklahoma and Ph.D in Environmental and Business Management from Oklahoma State University

David L. Humphrey - Advisory Board

Mr. Humphrey is General Partner of Davis Tuttle Venture Partners. For DTVP, he is involved in all aspects of Venture Capital including sourcing deals, evaluation, negotiation, closing and board governance. He plays a primary role in deal flow management by developing and executed term sheets and leading most of the due diligence teams for prospective investments. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for Hydrade and as an advisor to the Board for Outlast.

Mr. Humphrey began his career as a chemical engineer for Standard Oil of Ohio. He has experience in engineering, operations, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, and business management and worked in oil and gas, transportation, agriculture and manufacturing businesses. He has held senior level positions at Koch Industries and Texaco, including CEO of Koch Nitrogen, a $200 million fertilizer business, and Chairman of Koch Sulfur.

In addition to bringing his considerable knowledge of engineering and technical skills to DTVP, Mr. Humphrey also lends the General Partner expertise in financial analysis, acquisitions analysis, operations, and industrial marketing.

Mr. Humphrey graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS degree in chemical engineering and received his MBA from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi. He has served on the advisory boards of Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University.

 

Donna J. Rouse, Pharm.D.,  Advisory Board

Donna is a registered pharmacist in Oklahoma that specializes in custom compounding of medications for patients with cancer and HIV/AIDs.  Prior to this Donna performed a rotation at the Indian Health Service at the Claremore Indian Hospital in Claremore, Oklahoma where she performed specialized research in Native Americans and Diabetes and assisted in setting up an anticoagulant clinic.

Donna received her BS and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Jason Bacon, Advisory Board

Jason is a Systems Engineer with Ball Aerospace, an aerospace company located in Denver, Colorado.  Prior to this Jason held similar positions with General Dynamics, Lockeed Martin and Spectrun Astro. 

Jason has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a MS in Aerospace Engineering from George Washington University.

Tony Henry, CPA    Advisory Board

Tony is a certified public account in private practice as well as being an owner of a number of small businesses. Tony has acted as a private consultant for a number of established companies in Oklahoma providing business advisory, general accounting and process improvement advisory services. Previously Tony has been Chief Operating Officer of Nameplates, Inc. and Director of Internal Audit for The Flint Companies in Tulsa. Prior to this Tony was a Senior Associate with Coopers & Lybrand.
